The Beach House

Despite several remodels over the years, there are still original Victorian features of the home. There is a kitchen, dining room, two living rooms with waterfront views, a deck, master bedroom with a bathroom & shower, and two bedrooms and baths upstairs including a clawfoot tub!

Guest access

Guests have access to the home, activities storage shed, hot tub, and deck.

Other Things to Note

Do note that our home is over 100 years old! A lot of that original charm is gorgeous crown molding, but also beware of the low ceiling height coming down the stairs, some uneven original wood floors upstairs and every so often a new cosmetic crack from the home settling appears.

Being on the river means enjoying nature – bald eagles, osprey, herons and dolphins (if you are lucky!) but also bugs, flies, & mosquitos are common. Try to keep exterior storm doors closed to keep nature out of the home.

We’ll do our best to make sure as many amenities are available as possible, but due to shortages and shipping delays there may be some difficulty replacing items if and when they break. In particular, hot tub parts and chemicals are in high demand with long delays.
